Struan Heather Honey

In 1952, Hamish Robertson started a beekeeping hobby at his home in the Scottish Highlands, which not only provided his family with honey but also inspired his son Nigel to pursue a career in apiology. After studying the science of beekeeping, Nigel took over the growing honey business, which he and his wife Karen expanded significantly. Today, the company maintains around 500 bee colonies across the Highlands and is recognized for its excellence in honey production and marketing, supplying high-quality Scottish heather and blossom honey to clients throughout the UK and internationally, including top hotels and restaurants.
